I’m interested in you and love getting to know all the lovely humans in my class while delivering a challenging program. You’ll be encouraged to extend your skills and endurance while having a banter and enjoying yourself.

House, soul, a bit of pop and sometimes an era rather than a genre.

OFF DUTY
Most happy with my husband + boys, eating, moving and spending time outdoors, especially the ocean and all it’s charms.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN MY CLASS
A dynamic blend of traditional Pilates and strength training, whilst sweating it out to some upbeat bangers! And yes, there will be feet in straps.

OFF DUTY
I’m either on a scenic walk with an iced matcha, lifting weights at the gym or baking.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN MY CLASS
Working in a fast paced, upbeat & welcoming environment where we will push our bodies to its potential, building that strength but also adding in a few party tricks for a fun time. We will boogie to some good tunes, build a sweat and walk out feeling encouraged & motivated. 

FAVOURITE MUSIC
House or an Old School throwback, but anything with a good beat behind it to workout in time to the music and I am happy!

OFF DUTY
At the beach, gym or outside either socialising or reading a book in some fresh air.

In my Pilates class, we’ll blend controlled movements, alignment, and deep breathing to help you feel stronger and more balanced. With my yoga background, I bring a mindful approach to each session, guiding you to connect breath with movement, just like in yoga. Together, we’ll target your core, flexibility, and overall strength, with modifications to meet your level. Breath will be at the heart of every exercise, helping you stay centered and focused. By the end of class, you'll feel energized, grounded, and ready for whatever comes next. I’m here to support you on your journey and can’t wait to see your growth!

OFF DUTY
In my free time, I love practising yoga and pilates, enjoying the beach, and exploring new restaurants. I like traveling to new places and experiencing different cultures. Most importantly, I cherish spending quality time with my close ones, whether it’s sharing a meal or simply relaxing together.

Expect good times moving your body, mastering new skills and sharing those victories together. You’ll enjoy a fun, dynamic workout that’s backed by evidence based techniques, leaving you feeling stronger, more flexible and energised.

FAVOURITE MUSIC
My taste is pretty eclectic, it could be jazz, rock, classical, punk or anything in between. Today I’m vibing a 60’s soundtrack so don’t be surprised if my favourite tunes creep into my class playlist.

OFF DUTY
You’ll probably find me deepening my pilates practice. Whether I’m attending a class, working on new skills or upskilling as an instructor, I’m constantly seeking ways to grow and refine my practice. Most of my time (and space) is dedicated to pilates because it’s more than just a workout for me - it’s alifestyle that I absolutely adore.
